Gabriella’s Bio

Gabriella Schneider believes she was bitten as a child, though it wasn’t until five years ago that she started feeling the effects of Lyme disease. In 2011 she says her body “completely deteriorated,” which led to doctors visits and an eventual Lyme Diagnosis.

Even before her diagnosis of chronic neurological Lyme, she knew food was a big factor in overall health. She follows  paleo, ketogenic diet by choice, but also part of her IV and diet medical protocol.

Inspired learn more after Lyme disease incited many food allergies, she taught herself knowledge about the body and how food effects it. She has used this knowledge to heal herself from all the damage the lyme spirochetes created.

Gabriella is a Primal Blueprint Certified Expert, and has been featured on blogs such as “The Paleo Mom,” “The Primal Palate,” and “Nourish Balance Thrive.” She is healing through a personalized Autoimmune-Keto approach to eating, a combination of Ketogenic and Dr. Sarah Ballantyne’s Autoimmune Paleo Protocol.

She also has a blog where she posts information on Lyme Disease, Paleo recipes, and her experiences with the disease and healing.
