In 2015 Bob Miller was inspired to start examining chronic lyme disease, and he founded NutriGenetic Research Institute to research and publish reports on the relationship between genetic variants, labs and presenting symptoms.

Bob has served as a traditional naturopath for 20 years, and earned his naturopathic degree from Trinity School of Natural Health. Recognizing that there was not a nutritional supplement line on the market comprehensive enough to address all of the possible genetic variants, he began working with a national company, Professional Health Products, to formulate an Epigenetics line of products.

In this episode you will learn:
1 Why you can have high iron and still be anemic
2 Why just supplementing methylated folate, even if you have the homozygous MTHFR gene, is probably a bad idea.
3 The excess nutrient that many Lymies have that makes them stay up way too late researching lyme

What Bob is doing reminded of Chinese Medicine, both acupuncture and herbal medicine. It’s not simply enough to know what a vitamin or supplement does, or even if you have specific genetic variants. You have to know what’s happening RIGHT NOW in your body. You need the right intervention at the right time, or stated another way, you never wade into the same river twice.
